third party customer looking for user guides

Hi I work for a state government agency that is using NGA's recruitment application which uses yellowfin as it's reporting engine.

As this is a new software for NGA they do not have any user guides on configuring good BI reports as yet, and i was wondering how i could go about getting yellowfin user guides even though i am not a direct customer?
